has been founded by Martina Laudahn with the mission to provide human resources consulting, human resources
contracting, interim and outplacement solutions to support your business needs, help your organization grow and
impact profit through effective people management and development. PeopleExcellence! works through client
partnerships and tailors all assessment, consulting and training services to fit each client’s needs.
From start-ups to medium-sized global corporations Martina brings many years of business experience to the table. While being
engaged across five continents she held positions as Executive VP of Global Human Resources, COO, Vice CEO,
EMEA Head of HR & Finance and Managing Director. Martina has been working internationally with fast growing and transforming
companies in highly complex business environments which have multiplied their size through strategic alignment,
implementation of grass roots operational efficiencies and proven emotional intelligence principles. Having seen it
all from every angle; bottom-up, top-down, inside-out & outside-in allows her to bring in a unique hands-on skill
set, combined with an added value of a finance background and key accomplishments in all areas of human resources.
Her distinguished experience spans a wide range of industries – Technology, Computer Software, Online-Marketing, Digital Media,
Media Broadcast Production, Pharma, Bio-Tech, Tourism & Hospitality, High-Tech, Automotive, After Sales & Professional Services. Martina is excellent
at forming multifunctional alliances to create innovative strategies for accomplishing business goals and a level-headed leader with
a flair for ongoing organizational transformation, driving change, identifying value add opportunities, building new organizations and teams whether as a part of a new venture
or within a company. Martina is fluent in English and German, and familiar with other European languages. Currently based in
the Munich area (Germany) Martina is executing everywhere.
We are a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), national Human Resources
associations and regional Human Resources Round Tables.
